General
Name
Within the IBI-aws Admin the application is identified with
a certain name. This name will also be displayed within an application
relevant message.
Description
Into this field you can enter some useful information about the
application. The information will only be available within the IBI-aws Admin.
Processes
The tab Processes is the centre of an application as it will
list the processes which belong to an application. Thus the IBI-aws Client will
notice that a user is starting the application. It will display the
corresponding message and close the application if necessary.
Add/Edit/Remove
You can add new processes, edit listed processes or remove
processes with the menu above the table. Doubleclick a process to edit.
Properties
A process is characterized by its Process name, its Match Type
and Description. Most important are Process name an Match Type
as they will be decisive factors for the recognition of an application. To
ensure a precise recognition of an application you should specify the full
process name.

Window Title 
The tab Window Title is optional and was introduced with IBI-aws 1.10. It enhances processes with a window title that will improve
the recognition of an application. However, it is impossible to identify an
application by its window title only. You need at least one process name to
identify an application.
Add/Edit/Remove
You can add new window titles, edit or remove window titles
with the menu above the table. Doubleclick on a window title to
edit.
Properties
A window title is characterized by its Title, Match Type and Description. Most important are title an recognition
as they will be decisive factors for the check of a process. To ensure a
precise recognition a window title select distinguishing characteristics.
Example
A message should be displayed as soon as a user calls up an intranet page. An application called »Browser« has been created and the browsers »Firefox« and »Internet Explorer« have been deposited on the tab processes for recognition purpose. The title of the intranet page ist »Intranet of Example Ltd.«
