Using Windows XP or
later versions downloaded files can be marked. Thus if using the NTFS file
system even after the download you can still recognize the file as downloaded.
The Alternate Data Sreams (ADS)
will implement this procedure.
Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 will classify the files as unreliable and will give a warning to avoid execution.

Internet browswers, e.g. the Internet Explorer will mark our zip archives from the download area in the same way as they are downloaded from the internet. As soon as you unpack the zip archives using the zip compressor provided by Windows these markings will be transfered to the unpacked files.

The marking indicating the origin of the zip file or the files contained in the zip file has to be deleted to prevent a notification from being displayed to the user who starts the IBI-aws Client. The 7 steps to delete the markings are listed below.
- Download the installation package or upgrade package from our website.
- Click on the zip archive with the right mouse button and select Properties.
- Select the tab General
- In the lower part you will find the section Security (Figure 2)
- Click on the button Unblock
- Close the dialog with Ok
- Now unpack the zip archive.
You are now ready to install and upgrade IBI-aws as usual.
